I was born in Athens, Greece in 1990. I have a bachelor degree in Economics (2013) and a master degree in Informatics (2016) from the University of Piraeus. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree with National technical University of Athens (NTUA). My research interests include educational data mining and New Technologies in Education.
Liaise with the team to identify research needs and communicate research findings and conclusions that affect the company’s business strategy and product. Processing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, primarily related to educational sciences. Producing reports that track and showcase learning outputs and outcomes for individual platform users (case studies) and large communities on the platform (quasi-experimental designs). Identifying possible research collaborators worldwide and opportunities to participate in research projects. Identifying opportunities and contributing to the development of research projects, including research proposals and scientific papers
Actively participating in various European Projects based on Education. Creation, Maintenance & Administration of NETMODE’s Websites & Infrastructures. Proper administration of SSL certificates and licenses as required. Development of new web apps in accordance to academic and laboratory needs. Laboratory assistant to undergraduate (Queuing Systems, Network Management - Intelligent Networks) and postgraduate courses (Stochastic Processes and Optimization in Machine Learning)

Worked as Attika’s Gas Company Customer Support representative; extensive usage of SAP R3 (now called SAP ERP Central Component) billing & order fulfilment system. Responsible for opening and maintaining customer accounts on SAP CRM & reporting to the sales department. Worked as a customer support representative, aiming to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Attraction of potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
